Job Description
• Managing the support helpdesk on solar mounting system enquiries
• Identifying and fulfilling customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Assisting the Technical engineers in preparation of proposals, estimates and management of customers’ projects
• Assisting the Technical engineers with document quality control
• Assisting sales account managers and marketing team with technical support
• Assistance with, and presence at trade shows and customer events
• Gathering customer feedback and keeping record of customer interactions
Position requirements
• Interest in renewable energy highly desirable
• Customer service focus
• Strong interpersonal skills, computer skills and a technical mindset
• Candidates must be self-starting, self-managed, able to manage their own deadlines, KPI’s.
• Candidates must have full working rights in Australia.
