Clenergy Holds PV Seminar in Thailand
Clenergy, the leading solar solution provider, successfully held a PV seminar in Bangkok, Thailand, with its partners Solar PPM and Huawei on May 11, 2015. The seminar gathered numerous local PV companies in Thailand and received strong positive response.
Clenergy’s CEO Daniel Hong opened the seminar with a warm welcome speech. Guests included Panu Tanomvorsin, VP of the Thailand Photovoltaic Industries Association (TPVA), Solar PPM CEO Chamnarn Pornpilailuck and MD Dr Ekaporn Rukkhamsuk, Huawei APAC Manager Peter Li and Technical Manager Powell Lu, and other high-level representatives from the Thai PV industry. Mr. Hong gave a brief overview about Clenergy’s visions and about its three core business fields: clean energy investment, solar project services and solar solutions and products.
Following the seminar, Mr. Hong signed an MOU with Solar PPM to develop renewable energy business, especially solar PV in Thailand and its region. Solar PPM is a subsidiary of PPM Metal, a leading metal distributor in Thailand. The partnership is a “win-win solution for both parties,” said Mr. Hong.
At the event, TPVA VP Panu Tanomvorsin discussed the advantages and challenges facing Thailand’s PV markets. Clenergy’s Technical Manager Thomas Gerstch provided an in-depth presentation about the PV-ezRack mounting systems for residential, commercial and utility customers. He also provided training about Clenergy’s PV-ezDesign the most advanced all in one PV design simulator.
The solar solution and product package presented on-site was tailored for Thai customers. The ground mount systems included the carbon steel SolarTerrace I-C, the aluminium SolarTerrace II-A and an especially for the Thai market ground mount product: the SolarTerrace II-H. The roof mounting series included SolarRoof, SolarTripod, SolarMatrix Pro and a newly developed SolarBase.
The seminar participants of this emerging PV market found the industry information provided valuable and the technical trainings held very useful for solving their daily challenges and to increase efficiency when developing and building PV projects.
