Our “Clenergy Ladies” internal group organises lunches, educational events and catch-ups to provide mentoring space for women entering the industry for the first time.
Clenergy is a supporter of the CEC’s Women In Renewables initiative and encourages staff to be involved. We also support AWISE (Australian Women in Solar Energy) and belong to the CEC Diversity & Inclusion Working Group to raise standards within the industry.
