VP Global PV Distribution / Country Manager Australia
Vince has been part of the Clenergy family since 2010. Starting out as our National Sales Manager, he soon took over the reins as Country Manager and now based in the Australian headquarters, Vince spearheads our global PV Distribution division. Before joining Clenergy, Vince developed his commercial skills in the Information Technology & Telecommunication industry, managing Distribution, Commercial and Enterprise accounts with NEC Corporation. Since the beginning Vince has employed a ‘hands-on’ management style, ensuring his people are passionate experts who drive excellence in support of their customers. Moving forward, he sees solar transforming many of the environmental and energy challenges facing our world today and wants to make a meaningful contribution to the industry, his company and his partners.
Engineering Services Manager
Having joined the company over 10 years ago, Geza is a veteran in the PV industry and has worked across several business divisions at Clenergy, including product management, marketing, product development, and engineering. As the Engineering Manager, Geza oversees a dedicated team of civil, structural and geotechnical engineers, delivering complex engineering solutions and certifications for PV mounting structures utilised in solar projects of all sizes. Geza is originally from Hungary, having moved to Australia in 2009, and has a Master of Business and Engineering from the University of Stuttgart (HdM). In his spare time, Geza enjoys travelling and adventuring with his family as well as surfing.
Account Manager
Robert has been working in the solar industry with Clenergy for over 10 years. He set up and ran an office for Clenergy Malaysia for three years as an expat. His interests include the Internet of things, robotics and vexillology. Robert is passionate about an Australian Republic and has designed a unique “Copernican Model” for an Australian Republic. He has a BSc in Computer Science, a BAppSci in Mathematics & Statistics, a Graduate Certificate in Systems Engineering from RMIT and a MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management.
International CFO
Dennis has over 20 years of experience as a Senior Finance Executive in FMCG and manufacturing industry particularly in international business management and multi-national operations in Europe and Asia. Dennis has all round financial, business, legal, IT, HR and logistics management skills.
National Channel Manager
Sean Guzzi is a National Channel Manager who partners with retailers, wholesalers, and solar installers to grow their business and engage with Clenergy and its products effectively. After spending nearly a decade working in the solar PV market, Sean knows what truly drives solar PV installers, wholesalers and distributors—and it’s not just price. It’s how well you connect with the people you’re trying to help and communicate your understanding back to them. Sean has been interviewed on the popular Solar Insiders podcast, has become the face of the company on many social media channels, and is the host of Clenergy Australia’s online video content, teaching customers and installers how best to engage with our products and services. In addition to his extensive channel management experience, Sean is a trained sales & negotiation coach.
Operations Manager
Aurore Pont has been with Clenergy Australia since 2011 and currently serves as Operations Manager. Collaborating with many departments, she oversees the daily activities of our business while maintaining a thriving company culture. She is passionate about our industry and proud to work in a multicultural environment. Aurore holds a master’s degree in International Business from Inseec Business School in Paris. She is a keen member of the CEC’s Women In Renewables and of Toastmasters, a not-for-profit educational organisation teaching public speaking and leadership skills.
Management Accountant
Alex Ren is an experienced accountant with a demonstrated history of working in the renewable energy industry. He is a reliable accounting professional with a master’s degree in professional accounting, a master’s degree of finance and a CPA accreditation. Skilled in accounting systems, financial reporting and modelling, business analysis, importation, logistic and stock management, project accounting, taxation, Alex's expertise is an important element of Clenergy Australia.
Account Manager
Ivan began his career with Clenergy as a PV engineer. Through the years he acquired new skills from different aspects of the business such as project management, logistics, inventory management and transitioned into a sales engineering role to support the company’s growth in the C&I Sector. Ivan is now an account manager at Clenergy where he services and supports our partners with their business growth and C&I opportunities all the way from design work to logistics planning. Ivan has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a keen interest in new battery storage systems of the future, particularly hydrogen fuel cells!
Account Manager
Jose is an experienced Account Manager with an extensive technical and sales background. He is responsible for customer relationship and stakeholder management, and has in-depth knowledge in delivering technical aspects and complex projects. He worked at Clenergy within the early stages of the organisation’s growth and has now gained 10 years experience in the solar industry, which has allowed him to broaden his knowledge in many aspects of solar. He is very passionate about renewable energy, and is an avid soccer and sports fanatic!
Service Coordinator
Graeme has been in the work force for 43 years, 38 of those was in the communication industry in various operations management roles and various customer service management roles. Graeme brought this experience to Clenergy where his initial role was to manage the warranty division which then diversified into the role of managing the D2D invoicing process for the Australian team.
Product Manager
Steve has been in the renewables industry for over a decade with proven energy-related technical and project management skills. Steve holds a postgraduate degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Manchester (UK). Steve manages all new product innovations for Clenergy Australia. He prioritises designs as per customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with our global R&D team, engineering to deliver winning solutions.
Civil Engineer
Stella specialises in complex residential and commercial PV installations throughout Australia and overseas. Previously, Stella gained experience in Venezuela working in the consultancy sector for the design and construction of building structures. Her background in design enables her to support Clenergy’s technical department and product development team. This support is pivotal in relation to existent and future mounting system products. Stella also holds an MBA degree. This commercial acumen, coupled with engineering expertise, allows her to bridge the gap between engineering, sales, and project managers. She has developed more awareness to the sustainable methods available for building solar PV systems and structures. She is eager to attain greater knowledge in sustainable construction techniques for their application on future renewable projects.
Civil Engineer
Yuneska has been rocking the engineering field for the last 10 years. Her background is cross-disciplinary, between project management, seismic hazard, and geotechnical field. Since the start of her career at Clenergy she has helped develop geotechnical and engineering solutions for projects in the commercial, residential, and utility sectors. She also supports the structural analysis for roof mounting systems. Her addition to the team brought a deep insight of the impact of the ground conditions and the importance of footing design. Originally from Venezuela, where she gained a double degree in civil engineering and civil constructions. Yuneska states: "soil conditions are like opening Forrest Gump’s box of chocolates - you just never know what you’re gonna get, it makes me so excited with every project!"
Sales Engineer – Civil
With a background in engineering and project management and a degree in civil engineering, Andres possesses experiences in a diverse range of international markets. He has experience and a working knowledge of noise control and acoustics that allow him to quickly understand and aid in maintaining construction noise restrictions to enable projects to comply with local regulatory requirements. With a sound ability to understand client priorities and to develop working relationships with clients, regulatory authorities and contractors complemented with site/structural assessment and construction site experience combined with his design knowledge, Andres is a valuable colleague to the Clenergy team where he delivers quality service and solutions for our clients.
Junior Account Manager
As an experienced customer service manager, Liina's enthusiastic and proactive approach results in being an amazing account manager. She has developed the ability to coach, give feedback, build morale and roll out initiatives. Liina has a proven ability to handle high-profile and hands-on management roles that require commercial acumen and creative flair. Liina is ambitious and passionate about her work. She is a hardworking team player and manager who possesses a high standard of personal work ethic.
Sales and Services Coordinator
Hannah oversees the supply of all orders from our warehouses within Australia. Hannah brings a strong customer service focus to her role, having gained experience providing customer support in the challenging environment of debt recovery. Hannah also assists the AU team in managing and driving resolutions on a wide variety of issues with the aim of continual improvement and upstream problem solving. She graduated with honours from Monash University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts, specialising in English literature and creative writing.
Logistics Manager
Craig joined the Clenergy team in 2019 and manages the logistics and supply chain of our racking from our factories to the shelves of our amazing partners. He oversees planning, coordinating and monitoring local and international logistics operations. This includes warehousing, inventory management, transportation and supply chain processes. He has a real passion and the energy to serve our customers to the best of his abilities, so they can spread the goodness of renewables faster! Craig has developed his skills over more than 10 years in retail, wholesale and distribution in various industries including construction, FMCG, food, pharmaceuticals and telecommunications. He holds a business degree in logistics including international trade.
Technical Support Engineer
Shams supports our client base with product solutions relying on his core strength of problem solving and product knowledge. Shams came to Clenergy after working with Monash Microgrid systems where he developed his problem solving and communication skills as an electrical engineer. Shams majored in electrical engineering from Monash University. When he's not keeping busy with technical support, you can find him at the badminton courts with most of the Clenergy team.
Global IT Manager
Kee is the Global IT manager at Clenergy Australia where he leads the company’s IT and organisational transformation, focusing on delivering cost savings and implementing technologies, tools and processes needed to advance Clenergy as a digital leader. Before his current role, Kee was the IT Manager at an automotive distribution company where he helped accelerate the adoption of cloud computing. Kee holds a bachelor’s degree in technology from Monash University and a master’s degree in information technology from Swinburne University. He is based in Melbourne, Australia.
Global Marketing Manager
Samir facilitates the business in thinking, acting and communicating from the inside out. He looks after the brand strategy, communications and social media. He worked in the renewables industry for 10 years, and prior to that in the FMCG, tourism and education sectors. He has worked and travelled across Asia, Europe, South America and the Middle-East. He has an MBA from UWA and masters in Marketing from ECU (WA). He is a proud Victorian resident whilst not forgetting his West Australian roots. Go Dockers!
Junior Technical Support Engineer
Maheen assists the customers with their technical enquiries and comes up with the best possible solar racking solution for their project. He applies his engineering knowledge gained at Monash Uni, with his existing product knowledge to help our customers to the best of his abilities.
Inventory Accountant / Credit Controller
A capable and confident CPA qualified accountant with solid education background, Lizzy has a well-rounded knowledge of accounting and 8 years of relevant working experience. Lizzy always face challenges with a positive and can-do attitude. She effectively manages daily accounting responsibilities, inventory control, credit control and assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports. Lizzy also excels at improving the accounting processes and procedures to save time and cost. She has a master of management (finance) from University Of Melbourne and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from La Trobe University with the Dean’s Commendation Awards in recognition of academic excellence in Bachelor of Accounting.
